eAccess at the Singapore-ETH Centre

Glutz has just completed the installation of an eAccess system at the Singapore-ETH Centre.

This leading research centre which is located at the CREATE Campus near the National University of Singapore was looking for a solution to manage access to doors, cabinets and a safe box. We are proud that we were selected and that our products are being used by such a pioneering and leading research centre in South-East Asia.

We recently participated in a study tour for Swiss SMEs who are engaged in blue and smart technology for Singapore and Jakarta. We met representatives of government agencies, private investors, business leaders as well as scientists to discuss ways to transfer our knowledge into effective action and to explore market opportunities of our Glutz eAccess solutions for Singapore and Indonesia. The tour was organized by the Swiss Technology Impact Platform (STIP) which brings together scientists of ETH Singapore and Swiss SMES to exchange knowledge and experiences. 

As one of the many follow-ups we are currently outfitting a research lab with our eAccess systems.

The system can be easily installed through a wireless network, which is a huge advantage because it gets rid of the need for traditional cabling. Additionally, our system uses batteries therefore also no electrical cabling necessary. Low Cost Solution. That means no troublesome discussions with your landlord to get the permission for this installation. Identification devices respond to any of your access devices, be it an eAccess card, a RFID token, a clip or a personal key code.

With the Glutz Mail Room Solution you can give your employees access rights to all mailboxes and of course other cabinets as well (e.g. pantry with new coffee beans inside). Simply equip some or all letter boxes and cabinets with a card scanner, keypad or fingerprint reader (e.g. for the corporate safe) and manage the access rights of all employees. The employees no longer need a key, as they will automatically gain access through their existing access card.
